INEFFICIENT SERVICE ADVERSE TO MY PROFILE

In July I applied for a loan at old mutual at the Soweto branch. At the time I was wroking for an employer who pays me on the 25th of every month. The lady who helped me Ntabiseng called to check how I felt about the service and if there was anything else she could help me with. I had just signed an offer from another employer and explained to her that I wanted to change my debit order date to the 27th she then said I shiuldnt worry she will change it on the system. To my surprise when I was sent sms's that my account was overdue because they tried to get money on the 25th and then it had adverse result on credit profile. I then decided to speak to a lady the name of Belinda who is from their head office who was rude to me and told me that Ntsbiseng shouldnt have made promises she cant keep because they are the only ones who are able to emend debit order dates. Please assist as I had money available in my account at the agreed date and the fact that their staff did not amend it is unfair on my part.
