I had a personal loan with Capfin and I decided to settle the balance before my term was finished. I called Capfin to find out how much was the settlement I needed to pay, they gave me the amount and I paid it.
The following day I requested a settlement letter, Capfin told me I had paid an extra amount, they still have to refund me before I can get a letter, that they said it will be within 24hours, that was the 23 September 2013. I waited for 24hours and I did not receive my money. I now have to call them every day and they keep telling me I must expect the payment within 24hours.
I am very unhappy about the service and the way the consultants treat me, they will tell me to hold for them to check what the problem is, I will hold the phone for more than 20 minutes until I have to drop the phone.
This is customer abuse because I am using my money to call them and my time is wasted everyday with no results at all.
