Nope I don't think so. I went to PEP yesterday @ 12h00. At about 12h20 I received an sms saying my loan was provisionally approved and to get my banking details ready. At about 18h00 last night I got an sms saying they are working on it. At 07h25 I got a "missed call". I am saying missed call because my phone rang for 3 second if so long and it was put down. Then I got an sms saying Capfin tried to contact me. Really... How about letting a phone ring. So this morning I tried returning the call and the answering service said they are unable to take my call. then I tried again now and the phones just keep ringing and ringing and ringing. No offence Capfin, but I have had loans with Sanlam and African Bank and by now the money would have been in my account already.
The reason I chose Capfin is because your adverts leads to believe of quick service and I needed quick service because I needed the cash tomorrow.
Very disappointed. Not a great first experience
