I am a MiWay client who was approached by OutSurance with a better premium. I thereafter contacted MiWay which in turn gave me a policy with zero-excess (I did not request the zero-excess).
Thereafter I had to struggle for two months whereby MiWay didn't deduct my premiums and I had to contact them every time to request that they deduct my premium.
This month my premium was deducted very promptly but I also received an updated policy indicating that my excess had been increased to R 3300 from zero excess and my premium has been increased by R100 odd.
I am extremely frustrated with MiWay giving me the runaround and making changes to my policy without discussing it with me first.
I feel that I am done with MiWay's pathetic service and have requested cancellation of my policy via reply e-mail.
