On the 20 September 2013 I made a payment online via my ABSA online website transferring money with Western Union. Money was deducted from my account, BUY NO Receipt was given to me!!
This means that my client on the other side cannot retrieve the money.
Today is the 2nd of October, almost 2 WEEKS and my client is still unpaid. Nobody at ABSA can help or are willing to help. The help line keep referring me to [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] but no response from them, only automated e-mails with EC numbers.
All I want is a receipt so my client can collect his money on the other side.
