Hi there i have an insurance policy with my car with miway since an year policy no:19470628
The premium has been increased without letting me know from 432 to 462 rand a month.
I called into the call center to decrease my premium as it is already an year with them the consultant did decrease the premium to 40 rand before i even say yes person is godsey and the ref number for the call is

I wanted to complain on miway as they have increased my premium without speaking to me.
