Mark added to Record due to ABSA System issue

Hi, I originally moved over to ABSA as I was a bit tired of bad service from FNB. After a fight to get the correct account and cards from ABSA I was double billed my monthly premium before I was able to transfer money in this account and change my salary to go to ABSA (I ensured that the current months Premium would atleast be covered until I moved my salary to go to ABSA) - This has now added a mark to my record (or as ABSA refers to it - excess to my record). I insisted that this gets removed as I was informed only after I went into the bank to see Jay, that this was added to my record and that this WAS ABSA's fault, NOT mine - I am however told this CAN NOT be removed from my record and that this will stay on my record for TWO YEARS!!! THIS, is completely unacceptable. I have requested for my Platinum Cheque account to be canceled and will be moving BACK to FNB, as clearly FNB's service IS actually better, no matter how poor I thought they were before! Thanks ABSA, I appreciate it, considering I try my level best to keep my name clear of things like this!
