I went to Hillbrow Fontana Spar yesterday to withdraw money at FNB ATM inside Spar Supermarket. I placed the card, the pin and the amount of R500, then i received the receipt saying withdrawal R500. I waited for the money but nothing and the card came out, i called the security while standing there, then he said the machine has no money, my bank will reverse the transaction. I tried to call Capitec but my airtime finished. I then called this morning and i spoke to Lebo, Ref number 9989878, he said there is nothing i can do or he can do. He will log a complain and he believes it will take a month plus to be resolved. He concluded that i should just wait. How can i just wait when i need this money? He said that is all he can do for me. Can someone please help.
