I cancelled my Budget Insurance policy with effect on 31/5/13. The debit order for June was still deducted from my account. I requested a refund telephonically with no success. On 19/7/13 I emailed to request the refund again. I received a response that the relevant department would contact me on 20/7/13. This was not done. I emailed again on 01/08/13, to which I only received an automated receipt response email. I again emailed today 02/10/13, with the hope of getting this resolved. I don't understand what the delay is that Budget can't refund my money that they incorrectly debited 5 months ago.
