Standard Bank dragging its feet

We are in the process of a bond transfer from Standard Bank to SA Home loans.
Our bond payments are up to date with Standard Bank and we have provided proof to that extent, however, Standard Bank refused to disclose the reasons for stating that we are in arrears for a month and now want to cancel the notice period served to them together with the payment owing to us.
They refuse to co-operate with our transferring lawyers and are now delaying the process further.
