I have had ABSA Vehicle account for 3 years with the debit going off as "Int Debit Order to ABSA VF00080725260". Today, the debit (01/10/03) goes off as NAEDO Track Intl with no reference number or anything. The only thing familiar to me was the amount debited and I could make the connection it was for car account. I called the call centre and was told by the supervisor Michelle that the system was implemented 2 years ago and this is how things are done at ABSA. What a load of nonsense because this has never happened before. I have financed 2 cars with ABSA and never has my debit done through NAEDO tracking. Can someone please explain what constitutes my account being tracked by NAEDO? I have never missed a payment nor at any point was a debit returned unpaid from my account. Please remove the NAEDO tracking off my account ASAP. My car debits are from ABSA to ABSA, why do you use NAEDO tracking like I'm some common criminal who does not honour payment arrangements??? This is NOT ON!!!
