Nedbank is a joke. I am being charged R585.75 interest on a balance of -R137. At no stage was I informed of cancellation fees. Your calls are recorded so go back and listen to your consultant telling me that I should request a credit and now you go charge me interest on a credit amt. Can Nedbank get any worse.
