NEdbank's lousy service

Nedbank decided to deduct money from my account. an amount of R764.22 was deducted. i called nedbank personal loans and i spoke to Wesley who said my d/o date was on the 28. so i kindly asked him to change it for me to the last day of the month hence i get paid on the 2nd last day and he blatently refused. he said, after me speaking to him for 4 minutes they are off line and i must call back after 12:00. what? waste my money calling nedbank again for an error that they caused. what if there was no money on my account. who would have paid for that unpaid d/o? i have never had an unpaid d/o and i know this bank has nasty tendencies. if the deduct again from my account, hence they did it before with my other personal loan. i will waste everycent i have to take them to court. i swear. i mean really you created a blander and i call in and ask for it to be fixed and someone tells me after 4 minutes they are off line. it.
