Yesterday 30 September 2013 was the third time in September I went to the Nedbank main branch in Port Shepstone. The bank had no change for the business. They had no R 10, R 20 nor R 50 notes. How is it possible? This is totally unacceptable that there is no change available for business account holders. How do the Bank manger plan ahead? In my business I have to give change to my customers and the bank has no change. My customers think I am not talking the truth and I have lost customers due to the fact that I asked them to get change from another business and come back to me.
