Applied for a credit Card

I applied for a credit card about on the 22nd August 2013. However I wanted to give them my current payslip so I did not send the Proof of Income immediately. On the 5th September I then sent my proof od income to [Email Removed] . No one responded and so on the 16th I sent it again and I told them that I haven't received any response after sending my proof of income and no one responded. Today I called and a lady told me that they tried to call me when in actual fact they didn't and they did not receive the proof of income. SO WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE [Email Removed] If no one saw the email. Does it mean that I have been sending documents to myself. An most of all I wrote so many complaints about the credit card but never actually received any feedback from FNB. Now I am supposed to go through the whole process again. CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT.
