Use of my bank account unauthorized

Can't believe it's taken FNB and VISA 2 months to investigate our unauthorized withdrawals from our account. Our account has been hacked twice in the space of one month. First money was withdrawn of about R8 000 then again of about R5 000 and then they used a card to swipe at a car shop of about R20 000, this all happened in Nelspruit and we live in Mozambique. We have sent letters and proof to FNB Moz and to VISA and no one has bothered to get back to us. This is not pocket money that was taken from us, it's a lot of money and worked hard for! We have a FNB SA account for over 20 years and nothing like this has happened to us ever. ABSA and Standard Bank take 3 days to put the money back, and FNB has not even got the decency to contact has about what has happened. Unprofessionally and totally disgusted has to how FNB and VISA has dealt with our situation. Then we contact FNB SA they can't even get us contact details of the HEAD of FNB AFRICA!!!
