I have never seen a call centre so hard and difficult to get hold of like Capfin, I have been trying since Thursday 26/09 to call them I have called and used the option 1 for a call back how many times, sms and mail still not even 1 response how is it possible for a call sentre to have so many "telephone problems" even if you phone and select option 2 to speak to the agents it just rings!!!
