I have been a Miway client for more that a year now and I never claimed from Miway nor any other insurance for that matter. i have had claim free insurance for 2 years. I was recently approached by another insurance that quoted me a lower premium with car hire and lower excess. Having been with Miway for so long and having never claimed i thought Miway would easily match the offer since they know me better and i have been a good client in all respects. What happen to rewarding your good clients.
Miway didn't do anything wrong in not matching the quote offered to me but i'm just disappointed that they didn't make a concerted effort to match my offer as i really love being with Miway insurance. They didn't even come close to the offer from the other insurance.
