This morning someone responded saying they are awaiting the forms, what froms It has been mailed and faxed. Emailed again this morning.
I again phone on three occasions that I had to leave a messages with no one returning any calls. I phoned again this morning again had to leave a message again.
I have never in my 20 years in the industry have ever dealt with a company so unproffesional. No communication, nothing. The client and I are very stunned in the way this is or is not handled. We dont know as yet.
