I get calls from the number 011 981 8300 / 3000 but no one is one the other end if I answer and they just hang up. If I let it go to voice mail they don't leave a message.
Looking on Google this number seems to be related to Standard Bank but as no one actually speaks I have no way of knowing. for sure.
My suspicion is its from a call centre and the agents have simply found that they can log calls without actually speaking to people and say they made a certain number of calls to meet their daily requirement, or its a very faulty telephone system.
I find this disturbing as I have no Idea why they are calling if it is from the bank what do they want, do I owe them money or are they trying to sell me something? I don't Like uncertainty and as far as I am aware all payments are up to date but if not I would really like to know about it.
As far as I am concerned It's a psychosocial game they are playing with my credit record, if this is from you I need you to fix your process or stop doing it!
