A few weeks ago I got notification that my insurance premium was going up by quite a bit, I started hunting for quotes with other insurance companies, till I found what looked to be reasonable for both my car & house hold contents. After speaking to Miway telling them I was cancelling my business with them, I spoke to Marigold Ndlovu who assured me that Miway would do everything in their power to retain me as customer & that someone was going to call me, which never really happened. I then called again giving notice and spoke to Tarryn who did her best to try & reduce my premium but apparently the system would not allow it as they had given me a discount already, she then assured me that someone was going to call, and true to her word I got a call from Kgothatso Tlapi from retentions who was as pleasant as ever, & managed to keep my premium as is, and to this I say thank you Kgothatso Tlapi for the pleasant chat & making sure that my premium remained "reasonable" it's truly highly appreciated...
