I am struggling to Reset my password and login ID. Reset password doesnt work and the page. I've tried to reset the password through the app using suggested password formats and it still doesnt work. I tried to call the help center and that didnt work (at a cost of R50??? would like that back please!) At first I thought someone had to try and hack my account, why was the password reset? dep just transfers me to online banking? nothing gets done and i still dont know why im having the problem... its been two weeks?
