Etrenched and no help

Its been 3 months now since my retrenchment and I made a Absa personal loan in the beginning of 2013. I am covered that if I would be retrenched that my payments will be covered for a couple months. I am still struggling to get this resolved at ABSA. Every time I phone in or even go to a branch for help they simply put me on the phone with people not being able to help just requesting documents already send and confirmed receipt thereof. All the monies spend getting the matter resolved could have been paid towards my loan. Why do we get the cover and pay for it every month if it is so expensive to make use of it in my situation of retrenchment? I do not want a bad credit record and has been complying with all your requirements but getting different requests and advise every time speaking to some one at ABSA. HELP!
