Credit Card Division lost my card

About a month ago i have noticed that my standard bank credit card was about to expire in September. I called the call centre to ask if a renewed credit card was on the way. The agent told me that she could not confirm that and that i could phone again a week before the expiry date to check if the card has been processed.By end of august i still have not received my credit card, so i called again. Thes time they said they were busy processing a gold card upgrade for me, so i asked them to make sure it's delivered to my branch in thibault square, cape town. On september 12 I received an sms to notify that my card has been delivered to the branch in tulbagh, Paarl. I asked the card then to be transferred to the correct branch in thibault square and i have been told it will take 14 working days. On september 20 I called credit card division about the card and was told by the agent that the card has already been delivered on 17 september at tibault square branch. I went to thibault square branch to fetch the card and was told that the card wasnt there. A few hours later, i received an sms confirming the card has arrived at thibault square. I went back and was told the card was not
