I regret switching from FNB to Standard Bank

I am trying to switch my account to Standard and i went to Jabulani mall to pick up my card they give me a letter so that i can take it to my employer for my salary to be deposited to my new account and now i regret doing that cos now i cant access my salary due to my account is not linked to my card... i had never expirenced such a bad service at FNB and the only reason why im switching is because i want all my cards to be in one bank... i have expirienced this with standard bank before thats why i moved to FNB and i thought i should give standard bank the benefit of the doubt but i feel like i have made the biggest mistake of my life cos i have debit orders runniing thru and i cant get access... i have spoken to some consultants one of them was Thelma in General Banking she confirned that my account number is linked to my card and maybe my salary will reflect later cos my account is still new (what the) and that the branch forgot to do a limit a limit for me and i will not be able to withdraw i mean for me that nonsence... its high time Standard bank get tips from FNB to find out how can they improve their service
