SBSA your people lose my paper work and I have to suffer for it. my account has been frozen twice and yesterday I was told it will be frozen again if I do not submit my proof of residence. Which I have submitted on more than one occasion, if that was not enough, I spent so much money talking to call centre staff that kept on transferring me from one person to other then make jokes about it in Zulu thinking I cannot hear Zulu. I am so sick and tired. I have submitted my details and complains on Facebook, SBSA website and twitter and still no one has gotten back to me.
service, i have been loyal to SBSA since my first student achiever account and now this is the thanks i get for my loyalty? Really off by SBSA.
