Morning, I am very disappointed with the lady at your reception. I called 5 times asking to speak to the branch manager she puts me through to a consulant who then puts me through to someone else. I call again and she transfers me to some Lerato lady who says she's not the manager and call again and asked her is the branch manager in the office today or not and she says i put you through to the branch managers PA Lerato who told me she's not the manager. She raises her voice at me while i was talking to her. I got so angry and dropped the call and called the Sandton branch because i was not getting the help wanted from the fourways branch. This is very bad service.
