I have had enough now for using my "outsurance cash back" by keep on calling and calling to just do a normal amendment on my policy with 0 - zero response. How difficult can it be to do an amendment if you receive the details in writing at 20h20 on 2013/09/25 "1st attempt" and then again on "2nd attempt" at 10h14 on 2013/09/26 on email mkhizez at [URL Removed], not to mention the phone calls on record just to do the work and send me the amendment document back as asked, listen to the recordings, by the close of day?
It is now 2013/09/26 at 17h33 - Nothing received.
I will let you know as soon as I found another insurance company who is willing to help me in this regard.
