Illegal override of instructions resulting

FNB deducted R11, 500 off my account 2 days before the instructed date. Result: so far over R50 in charges from them because of this, and I was embarrassed in a store for all declined debit and credit card transactions, without knowing why it was declined, after I had bought the service and it could not be returned. Neville Ngamlana promised to address it by midday 25/09/13, more than 24 hours later, nothing has yet been done. My electronic banking arrangement with FNB is absolutely clear in terms of deduction dates, and yet FNB elected to breach this, with no rectification, charging me illegally for this, embarrassing me in public - and not fixing it more than 56 hours after the event.
