Branch Manager refused to help open new account

My cousin started staying with me 3 weeks ago in kempton Park because He just got a job in that area. He requested me to accompany him to Capitec to open a new account so that his salary can be deposited in it.

We went to Capitec branch in Festival Mall in kempton Park. Branch Manager at capitec asked to help us. I told him that I came with My cousin to help him open a new account with my address because he is staying with me in my house.

The Manager requested my proof of residence which I gave him. HE THEN ASKED MY COUSIN TO TELL HIM THE RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS THAT IS ON THE DOCUMENT. MY COUSIN WAS UNABLE TO SAY THE ADDRESS EXACTLY AS IT IS ON THE PAPER OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE HE JUST STARTED STAYING THERE AND HE WAS NOT EXPECTED TO KNOW MY ADDRESS OFF BY HEART BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHERE MY HOUSE IS. THEN THE MANAGER TOLD US THAT HE WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE THINKS THAT WE WERE TRYING TO OPEN A ACCOUNT.

We then went to branch 2 in the same Mall to try there only to find that that Manager from the first branch had 'FLAGED or BLACKLISTED' my cousin's ID number on Capitec System sothat He caanot open account at any Capitec branch in SA.
