Bad Attitude and no effort in assisting

FNB is a great bank however I have received one of the worst customer service I could ever think in the Brackefell branch. 1. I was in a line waiting to be served, while I was in the line I was chatting with a Senegal national to pass time by. The consultants didn't bother asking me or him if we needed help however a Netherlands orig national walked inside and she was helped. I told her we in a line but the consultant carried on helping her, another non-African root person walked inside and he was helped this is when I said why? are we not in a line here? The consultant decided to take a break after helping the "white person". FNB Brackenfell staff members have a bad attitude towards black people in general let alone provide a bad service. I needed help and I was not helped.
