After great interaction from Discovery Insure and being so pleased with my insurance company, I was totally disappointed by the awful service received after the claim was submitted.
My cellphone claim was processed and I have waited for more than a month to receive my replacement cellphone. After 3 calls to discovery I have still not got my phone. It seems 3G Mobile and Discovery don't know what the other one is doing.
I am now having to deal directly with 3G Mobile to try and arrange a phone. Sad that Discovery are not able to follow through on the entire claim.
Luckily I have managed to get into contact with someone at 3G who seems to know what is going on.
