First National Bank
Shoved form pillar to post

I applied for an FNB personal loan on 16 September 2013. On 19 September (3 days later) I got a call to say I must fax all the required docs. I did that within the hour. On 23 September I got 4 smses telling me to send through the very same docs and to go to a branch with proof of residence. I did this on morning of 25 September. That afternoon, I got an sms to say I must submit the very same docs, yet again. I had spoken to Lungile Qwesha in the morning and she said that I need not resubmit the documents.

So, today is 25 September and Lungile tells me that I must take my certified ID to a branch AGAIN!!! She says that Loans say it is not clear but it was clear to her when I sent it. It is now 10 days later and I still don't know what is going on. The reason I applied in advance was that I needed the money in my account today 25 September and did not want to be in the red - which I am now in.

Why does FNB say that a loan can be processed in 48 hours when this is just a lie?

I have also emailed my supposed Private Banker and still no joy and his response time is generally bad.

What to do 10 days later and no response???
