Pathetic service N incompitant contacts they hire

On the 28 December 2011 i lodged a geyser claim was told to pay R500 access if the the geyser get replaced and R250 if it get fixed only, geyser was never replaced only the pipes then i payed R500.on the 22 July 2013 lodged another geyser claim payed R500 cos the geyser was replaced .13 Sept 2013 i called as water was running through the ceiling spoke to bontle and she told me that i have to pay another access as its no longer under garantee i refused and she put me through to lerato tamenti told her i wont pay access cos its not even 2 months the replacement done she told me she will send plumbers and she did not, spoke to mpumi mahlangu and she did send the plumber however they did nothing but a report they said the plumbers that replaced the geyser connected it to the old plastic pipes and that pipe is liking so my ceiling is about to fall and the paint is off the wall water is running from the bathroom to the bedroom only knows what will happen if it riches the globes.i have a piece job of opening and closing the meter since Absa is not willing to help me and i pay insurance every month .its been weeks now and its a waist of water what about my water bill?
