Nedbank Need Serious Grammar Check!

I received an sms on Monday 23/09/2013, stating, "Your Nedbank Credit Card is approved... Collect card with ID & Utility bill in 5 working days at Nedbank Trade Route Mall". Firstly Ashmira tells me that my FNB statement does not serve as proof of res, they require 3 months bank statements but my statement is of September 2013 and has my physical address. Nevertheless she asked the lady next to her who said my statement is fine. Then to my dismay my card was not in branch. According to Ashmira, the sms meant after 5 days I must collect the card. So I asked what is the difference between collect "within" 5 days and "after" 5 days. She doesn't know. I phoned the call centre, Call Ref:64833404, Simone assisted me and said, they made an error on the sms and that the card will only be ready from Saturday. I had to take off from work and rush to collect the card. What a waste of my time. I get sms's from FNB saying collect at xyz branch & I've never had a problem with that. Here for the first time I decide to take up an account with Nedbank who called me to offer me the credit card account and already bad service. I hope I didn't make a wrong decision.
