I reported Absa on 16 Jan 2013, reference 2201692. They my money that I had put aside in my flexi account. Since then I have not received it back. Everytime I email the person who responded to that complaint, there is another excuse as to why they cannot give me back MY MONEY!! Now, when I email, I get ignored.
So not only do Absa your money, they ignore you as well, oh they also lie. I would highly recommend that people stay far away from Absa!!!
