My agreement with Clientel loans is to deduct on the 25th of each month. If the the 25th falls on weekend, you can deduct on the day before 25 of such month.
For September 2013, the 25th is wednesday, meaning you will be able to deduct the monthly premium. However I was suprised and shocked that you deduct on the 23th of September 2013.unfortunatly the was no money in my account and that lead to my Bank using the overdraft to pay, other problem is that the Bank will charge me for the returns and the overdraft charges.
I simply do not understand what prompted you guys to do such a silly mistake, knowing very well that you always deduct on the 25th of each month.
i need to be re-imburse for all charges incured from my Bank.
