Still not student loan approval!!

To follow on with my previous complaint. I have had endless correspondence with Nedbank, in particular Lynette the Lydenburg Branch Manager, yet still nothing has happened. I had to resubmit all my documentation, which means that we had to reapply for the loan (the same loan that was full submitted and approved in June), that was on Friday and have had no feedback - as you can imagine we are at the end of our tether and I would like some feedback from someone higher up than the branch manager as we have not received any joy. My questions are: If the first application was submitted but "timed-out" where is the proof of the submission? How is it possible that we can be subjected to almost over 4 months of the worst service known to the human race? How many other people have been subjected to this type of treatment? How will we be treated once the loan is approved if this is the treatment received in the foundation stage? I can honestly say that Nedbank has lost mine and my families future business, I am appalled at the whole experience. I expect a person more senior than Lynette to contact me before the end of the week.
