Continued billing without policy??

About two months ago my father (on who's behalf I am writing) decided to change short-term insurance to Outsurance. After the phone conversation he never heard from them again. Neither did he receive a policy document.

Therefore after a period of time he regarded the transaction as null and void and reinstated my previous policy. A subsequent call to Outsurance explained the situation and requested that my debit order be cancelled. The person he spoke to agreed that he would see to the cancellation of the policy and debit order.

However Outsurance has continued to claim constant monies from my account via debit order!

Dealing with Outsurance has been a worse experience than dealing with SARS who at least have a office you can visit to ensure they do as they say they will.
