Passing the buck and dont respsond

I applied for a loan from nedbank last year in december and i have been paying them every month since then. my problem started in june when i received a call from them claiming that my account is behind. i laid a complain with the head office to check why my account is behind and i waa told they debited my account and could not fond any money. i provided them with my bank statement and they changed their story to say they could not debit because i put a stop payment on my account. i contated by bank and they confirmed that there is no stop payment and i provided nedbank with that comfirmation in black and white. to date they have respond and i have send them numerous email to no avail. Sharelle is from the CEO office and she promised to come back to me and its almost month and she didnt even bother. Why are they so incpmpetent as a bank and why put useless people in charge. I using this platform as the last resort and if they don't respond i'm taking them legally as my name with ITC is damaging because of useless people who can't do their job.
