FNB Home loan debited money from my bank account without my authority, an amount of RR3875.96. as we have previously made an arrangement of paying R500.00 per month, but FNB decided to delete the arrangement, decided debit this huge amount. I need the money back and FNB must call us today to refund the money immediately into my account and make an arrangement, unless will take this high as possible. How can just decide to debit us R3875.96 without notifying us, this is.
