This gentleman called me and offered me a unit trust investment policy. He introduced himself and asked if it is convenient to speak to me (and also apologised for disturbing me at work), something which I appreciated. At the end of the presentation I asked him if he could e-mail me the information so that I could go through it in the comfort of my home, and that he call me after a day to find out what my decision is, and he gladly agreed. And within 10minutes of ending the call, the information I had asked for was already in my e-mail. Great professional attitude and great and prompt service!!.that's very rare this days.
