My husband's windscreen broke and we were on our way to Richardsbay and wanted it fixed as soon as possible. After the mobile service said they could not help us because we live out of there range I phoned the call centre and Lerato helped me and within a few minutes Jeanine phoned back to say she organised with the local Glasfit centre to help us immediately. Lerato also phoned back to ask if every thing was sorted out. Well that is great service and I want to thank them for taking the matter as serious as we did! Auto and General Insurance can be very proud of the 2 ladies working for them.
Great job and attitude Lerato and Jeanine!!! That is why after all the years we are still with the best insurance company in South Africa, Auto and General!
