ABSA Insurance underwriters
Received a letter confirming increase in premium; responded to the mail address on the letterhead, few weeks later no response, just to be advised that the e mails address on letterhead was wrong. Was given new mail address, few weeks later no response. Send notice of termination... still no response. First e mail communication dates back to 8 July 2013.
