Attemting to debit my account on the wrong date

I have got a personal loan with nedbank. When I they drafted my contract I was asked when is my pay date, I told them it was on the 25th of every month. My agreement with them was money is going to be debited on the 25th and if the 25th fall on a weekend they will debit that friday. On the the 22 September I get an sms from my bank stating that I have a returned or unpaid debit order for nedbank. I phoned Nedbank trying to find out what is happening I spoke to Ndumiso she told me that nedbank say they have confirmed with most companies that they will pay their employees on friday the 21 september. I asked her when she says most companies what is she talking about since I work for a national company. She says there is nothing she can do. My complaint no1 I dont have an agreement for money to be debited on the 21 from my account .no2 what must I do with the bad credit rating the are giving me .no 3 who is going to pay for my interest for the returned debit. I am really disappointed in them and to I was considering moving all my accounts to them.
