Taking my money before the due date

I have recently laid a complaint of Nedbank debiting my cheque account twice for the month of August, after much fuss, It was finally sorted after laying a complaint on hellopeter, this was done on the 17th of Septemeber, the problem now is that I have made arrangement with ned bank for my debit orders to go of the on the 27TH of every month, however I see that they have already put pending debit orders of my account from the 20th of September, and my account has already been debbited for the the amounts owing

I would like for Nedbank to reverse these debit order and it needs to be taken out on the 27th of every month and not as they please to do, I am now at the verge of closing my account with nedbank and looking for better options with another bank where I will not have these problem, if this is not sorted within 24 hours I will be taking this futhure.
