Very Annoying

I changed banks from capitec to nedbank.
So when I opened ny account I was assisted by a lady called Bulelwa. I didn't have my proof of residence and my payslip, although we both agreed that I will send it via email the next day. My proof of resident was old therefore I waited till I got a current one, and I sent my payslip so long. weeks later I sent my proof of residence and I get no response. I then needed money and went to go withdraw only to find an error saying withdrawal cannot be completed. I got inside the bank just to check what's happening cause I've been trying to withdraw for so long. Only to find out that '' they didn't Recieved my proof of residence'' and that it was escalated without me being notified.
I find this very annoying cause this is my money and I dont appreciate this kind of service! The lady only calls me back after lord knows how long - to say that the proof of residence I sent didn't have a date?? like really! If this was picked up on the day I sent it I believe I wouldn't be having these kind of problems. Right now I am about to get paid and I must worry now again that my debit orders will bounce and I won't be able to get my own money.. I re
