ABSA are totally useless!!!
After failing to take my bond out of my check account they took the money from my flexi savings account, money that i cannot even access but they can freely take it.
So we agree that they will keep the bond money they took from my flexi and will not debit my cheque account for the bond.
Then last night they deduct the money for my bond putting the account into overdraft!!!
i HAVE NOW PAID TWICE IN 1 MONTH FOR THE SAME BOND!!!
I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED TO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT!!!
