FNB - not so great as the ads

I was cold called by FNB and offered a credit card and promised a fantastic interest rate. I accepted the offer and moved my credit from another bank for FNB. Only to find out later that they were charging me WAY more than they promised me. I went into the bank and the girl behind the counter assured me that the interest rate on my credit card is 18.4% as i thought. I asked her how to go about getting this down and was told to write a letter and request a review. I did that and complained about the false promises.
They called me back to say that the interest rate was only 18.4% on the straight, but much less on the budget facility. Yet the staff at the branch did not know that and nor did the person she phoned at the card department know that.
I asked them to still look at my interest rate, and a month later, I still had no further feedback. I sent them all the required documentation the first week of September, had a reply that look like an automated reply, I mailed them back to confirm on 13 Sep 2013 and to date had absolutely no response.
