Deduction on Wrong date

Im hereby writing this to complaint regarding a deduction that went off on my account before the due date. African Bank deducted an amount of R650 from my account that was supposed to be deducted on the 25th as it has been done since April 2013. I contacted their call centre and was told they have a wrong date on their system. The agent made me very confused because as I have said the bank has always deducted the money on the 25th of each month. I hereby would like African Bank to Refund me my R650 as I have no money in my account now, and im only getting paid next week Wednesday when their are suppose to deduct the money.
